Client OS End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legal rights and obligations between the Client (“You,” “Licensee”) and Client OS, a service delivered under the trade name Client OS and legally operated under PCmania, owned by Dimitris Mousellis. Client OS is administered by Vasilis Mousellis for the purpose of delivering high-ticket AI automations, backend workflows, and operational frameworks.

By accessing or using any deliverable, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the deliverables solely for your own internal business operations.

This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property of any underlying logic, code, or reusable framework used in the process.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may:

• Use the automation system in your internal workflows
• Customize the setup to fit your business needs
• Share access within your own team (employees or contractors)

You may not:

• Sell, resell, license, or sublicense the automation system
• Use the deliverables to create a competing offer
• Upload or publish the systems publicly (e.g. YouTube, courses, Gumroad)
