Client OS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the legal framework that governs your use of services provided under the trade name Client OS. Client OS operates as part of PCmania, owned by Dimitris Mousellis, and delivered under his supervision by Vasilis Mousellis.

By engaging with our Services including forms, onboarding, strategy calls, automation builds, and any communication, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full. These Terms are designed to protect both parties, define ownership of deliverables, and ensure clear expectations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. SERVICE SCOPE

Client OS provides custom business automation services, AI-powered audits, backend operational support, and system implementations for entrepreneurs and teams.

All services are scoped on a per-client basis. Custom deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual client agreements.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at our discretion.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are outlined in each signed agreement or invoice. Accepted structures include:

• Full payment upfront (required in most standard agreements).
• 50/50 split (deposit prior to commencement, balance due upon delivery).
• Three-installment plan (one-third (1/3) of the total fee due weekly across three (3) consecutive weeks, applicable only where explicitly agreed in writing).

All payments are final and non-refundable once work begins. Work will not commence until a signed agreement is executed and the initial payment is received.

Failure to pay on time may result in project delays, suspension of services, withheld deliverables, or immediate termination of the agreement. Provider reserves the right to withhold all deliverables until full payment has been received.
